Primarily designed for Bushcraft activities, the developers at Columbia River in collaboration with TJ Schwarz have created a truly marvelous product. The steel is innovative, as is the fantastic pivot lock. The Parascale will not leave anyone indifferent; All a star product!

The CRKT Parascale 6235 is a unique pocket knife, designed by T.J. Schwarz. The handle is enhanced with a piece of brown paracord. Something that is rarely done on a folding knife. It doesn't only help you improve your grip. It also enables you to make the Parascale completely your own. By, for instance, switching the brown paracord for your favourite colour. In short: you are in control!

The Parascale is a real user knife. The Parascale is made from D2-steel. A strong type of tool steel that is easy to sharpen. Please note: D2 is not completely stainless. The blade is enhanced with a high hollow grind to improve the cutting capacities of this knife. You open the blade with the thumb stud. You can easily reach it with your thumb. Even while wearing gloves.

The Deadbolt lock is one of the strongest lockings mechanisms on the market today. The most important part of the Deadbolt lock is the hardened steel wedge that falls into the cut-outs in the blade. This construction is so strong it can handle quite a lot. It is also incredibly easy to use: you simply press the large pivot and close the blade as such.
