The 12C27 stainless steel blade features a shape that is a cross between a traditional European chef's knife and a Santoku. The ergonomic handle made of curly birch draws inspiration from the wide handles of traditional Helle outdoor knives, providing a comfortable and secure grip. The knife comes with a leather blade cover, and an additional one can be purchased separately (Knife Cover 300800).
