The KREIOS is designed to be used in extreme conditions and is built to last. The Böhler N690 stainless steel blade is corrosion-resistant and has excellent edge retention capability, which means it maintains its sharpness for a long time with regular use. The Forprene handle is comfortable and non-slip, allowing for a secure grip even in wet or slippery conditions. The nylon sheath with MOLLE system provides a safe and convenient way to carry the machete while engaging in outdoor activities.
KREIOS was designed and developed thanks to the collaboration with Master Advanced instructor Daniele Dal Canto. It is defined by its creator as a sort of "off-road" cutting tool, so not a specific disposable tool, but an extremely versatile multi-tasking tool, designed to cope with many outdoor uses. Due to its ergonomics, weight and size, KREIOS is suitable for clearing paths through dense vegetation, especially where it is necessary to keep a safe distance from sharp or harmful plants. Thanks to its robustness, it is an effective machete for even the heaviest fieldwork. Combining the 32 cm full flat cutting edge, 11° forward slope of the blade and weighing 630g, it is an extraordinary cutting tool that does not flex. The KREIOS combines modern geometries and materials with the efficiency of blades typical of the Malay and African tradition, creating a tool that is ideal for fieldwork and also, if necessary, for defense/offense. Equipped with a MOLLE system sheath and safety strap.
