NESSMUK 125 - STABILIZED CURLY BIRCH

The EnZo Nessmuk 125 is a solid fixed knife. The first thing you'll notice is the wavy blade and the fact that the knife is wider at the tip. This classic shape is what we call a Nessmuk style blade. This type of knife is mainly used to gut game and prepare food. That is why Nessmuk style blade knives are very popular with hunters or people who like to go camping or hiking. Since the blade is wider at the tip, the blade is not only sturdier, but you can also use this wide tip as a makeshift spoon.

The EnZo Nussmuk has a full herringbone construction. This means that the steel of the blade runs all the way around the handle and follows the shape of the handle. The result is the strongest construction you can have with a fixed knife. The Nessmuk has a 80CrV2 steel blade. A type of robust carbon steel often used in the Finnish knife industry.

The handle is made from stunning rippled birch wood, making each knife unique. Red coatings give the knife a luxurious look and feel. Liners also have a practical function; the action between the handle material and the blade is limited.
