The dG digital guide is the first long-range optical device that identifies and documents your observations while sharing it with others with very easy handling. It combines an 8x25 monocular binocular and a digital camera giving you the option of taking pictures while you look.
Its lightness and ergonomics make it possible to hold it with one hand, which allows you to focus the monocular with one hand while with the other you get the photos that are transferred to your Smartphone. The photos will be automatically identified with the available apps. The digital guide has a minimum focusing distance of 2.5m. Fully functional in temperatures between -25° and +55°.
By combining dG with the Merlin bird ID and dG mammals apps you can easily and immediately identify mammals and birds you are observing.
