The new Boker 1969 Mach-1 Damast is a collector's damascus knife inspired by the World War II P-51 Mustang aircraft.
Parts of the car were used for the fine 84-ply Damascus blade hand-forged by Chad Nichols in the Wavepool pattern. This steel is known for its originality, beauty and durability. The blade opens smoothly via the removable thumb stud, and cuts with confidence thanks to the powerful twist of the handle design and the safety of a linerlock.
There are more inspired details on the handle: the finger recesses, made of lightweight, high-strength aluminium, are reminiscent of muscle car fins, while the gold-coloured inlay on the front handle scale is reminiscent of door and body side trims.
The opening mechanism is smooth and secure, making the blade easy to deploy and use in a variety of situations.
In addition to being a high quality and elegant pocket knife, this collector's knife will make you feel powerful, just as Boker wants to convey with this pocket knife.
It is a high quality pocket knife that combines premium materials and a sophisticated design.
Handmade in the Boker factory in Solingen.
