With the KAI polishing strop you can finish your freshly sharpened kitchen knife. Jig from oak wood is lined with ox hide of high quality.
Before first use, we recommend to massage the cream into leather lightly and let it set for about 5 minutes. During polishing, add more cream as needed. Polish kitchen knife in direction of edge under same angle you used during sharpening. Do not push on knife too hard, rather repeat light strokes. Each bevel should be stropped 10-12 times.
