Managed by dedicated trustees who volunteer their time, the facility is vital for the local community. Catering to a diverse range of users, including footballers, yogis, martial artists, dancers, and more, the ground is cherished by people of all ages, from kids to seniors. Notably, Spilsby Town FC, the local football club, is a prominent user, continually growing and expanding.

However, the Pavilion, a key facility within the grounds, has faced challenges, particularly in the aftermath of Covid-19. Rising costs and financial pressures threaten the ability to maintain the facility's quality and affordability for the community.
